All players must register ½ - 1 hour prior to T-off time. Play by the Rules of Golf and 4 Seasons Course Rules or as directed. All groups of more than 5 foursomes are recommended to play a “four person scramble” or similar play or each player must have golf handicap lower than 15 or play during non-peak playing times as arranged by pro shop. Scramble play format description: Each player tees off, playing their own ball, upon teeing off, among the foursome they must decide who out of the foursome has the best position approaching the green; once the foursome has decided who has the best position, the other three players, go pick up their golf balls and position them at the 4ths players ball position; the team continues to play following the same playing procedures; play continues the same on the green, until the ball is putted out; the team has only one score for each hole. It is recommended to build foursomes with non-golfers & golfers. Tournaments are booked in time sequence for that day, depending on numbers or food package chosen/or not chosen. Final starting times can only be fixed 7 days in advance when all playing numbers are finalized and confirmed/paid. Note: Paid players unable to attend will be issued a rain check, redeemable during the current golf season. Course will only be closed due to extreme conditions, at 4 Seasons discretion; and an alternate date would be made available in July, late September, October or on availability basis.
